The Project DevelopersAl Khaleej Development Company (Tameer) & Durrat Al Bahrain (DKAB) have formed a joint venture company referred to as Marina Durrat Al-Bahrain For Development Real Estate W.L.L. The Project Company’s purpose is owning and developing Durrat Marina parcel with a total area of approximately 600,000 m2 (the Project Land). The Project Company has been formed with DKAB owning 40% and Tameer owning 60%.Durrat Marina is designed by WS Atkins. Creating the final master plan resulted from an eight month designing period.Durrat Marina falls within Durrat Al-Bahrain Development, which is a 21 sq. km development located in the southern region of the Kingdom of Bahrain. A luxurious residential, commercial and family tourism project, expected to provide over 3,000 residential units as villas and apartments with a project size of multi billion dollars.
